They experimented with a number of items to discover what attracts to the magnet and what does not. We have also been having fun with mittens. The children have been using their fine motor skills by hanging mittens on a clothesline. They have also been matching the mitten letters, singing songs, and reading stories about mittens. The mitten theme was also integrated into our art and math activities this past week. Finally, the Cincinnati Zoo stopped by our classroom for a visit. The preschoolers had the opportunity to see close up a armadillo and a blue tongue skink
