Happy Thanksgiving

This week the preschoolers enjoyed many thanksgiving and Native American activities. They sang song, played games and made crafts with a Native American theme. Happy thanksgiving to all!


We had a great week before thanksgiving!!  We had music with Miss Joanie and made yellow pictures. We made a thankful tree and talked about what we were thankful for. We are thankful for all of your kids. Happy thanksgiving to you all!!

Families, Voting and Veterans!

This week Pre-K had fun talking about our families! We graphed how many people in our family and made a cute Popsicle stick craft to represent the people in our family.

We also learned about the voting process and held a class election with “Duck for President”.

Today we said “Thank you” to local Vets by making postcards to send!

November Fun

This week the preschoolers enjoyed discovering all the new November themed math and fine motor activities in the classroom. They also worked on patterns, the letter Mm and explored clouds during science with Ms. Jackie. 


Another week gone by!  We enjoyed making clouds in science with Miss Jackie this week. We made turkeys and Pilgrams and Indians to celebrate thanksgiving. We learned that H is for house and learned the names for baby farm animals. Lots of fun!!!


We had a fun week in the Toddler class this week!!  We started our “down on the Farm” unit!!  We sang about Old MacDonalds Farm and played a matching farm animal game!  We learned about the letter G and talked about all of the beautiful fall colors!!  Looking forward to continuing this fun unit!!  See you Monday!

It’s Bitsy Spiders

Did you know that spiders blood is pale blue? Your preschooler does! This week they explored spiders through art, stories and group time. The children even made a giant spider web out of yarn in the gym.
