Our Creative Tots used their own creativity to create their very own glass sun catchers. These masterpieces are sure to wow you! Enjoy!!
This week we went on a field trip to a pumpkin patch where we took a hayride through the mud and around the farm. What a bumpy ride it was but also loads of fun! We saw many sizes and shapes of pumpkins growing on vines and even got to choose our very own pumpkin!
In class this week we measured pumpkins, explored pumpkins through our five senses, practiced writing the letter ‘p’ for pumpkin and much more! Take a look at what we’ve been up to!
Our Preschool and Pre-K classes enjoyed a wonderful field trip to Brazee Street Studios School of Glass this week. We learned about all different styles of art as we listened to the book “Snail Trail”. Then Ms Emily from Brazee taught us all about the elements of creating a work of art with glass. We used confetti, stringers, frit, sheet glass and rod dots to create beautiful suncatchers.
Take a look at the pictures below. If you are interested in visiting Brazee Street Studios for a class CLICK HERE to visit their website. They offer adult classes, as well as classes for little Art Tots. It truly is a blast for all ages.
